Copy and Artwork All copy for ad design must be typed. ASCII text files are preferred, Microsoft Word files are acceptable (.doc file) . Do not send WordPerfect or Claris Works files -- use ASCII text if possible or e-mail the text. The magazine will be produced using Adobe In Design. Printing is direct to plate and no film is produced. |

Disk Files Art, ad copy and ad layouts may be submitted on CD or via email. Ads may be submitted on disk or as digital files by email as: PDF files (preferred); all fonts and graphics embedded and at the proper resolution (150 lpi for scans of 300 dpi). EPS files in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop are acceptable with proper resolution (150 lpi for scans of 300 dpi). Scans must be CMYK format. Please provide a hard copy of files provided. |

Classified Advertising Countyfairgrounds, USA magazine accepts classified advertising at a rate of 50 cents per word with a 20-word minimum. Up to three words may be bold and capitalized (any combination). Street address counts as two words, states and ZIP codes count as one word; telephone numbers (up to 11 digits) count as one word. All orders must be accompanied by a check or money order payable to KSR Publishing and mailed to the address below. Deadline for classified ad insertion is the same as editorial submissions (see below). |
