KSR Publishing, our parent company, owns the Countyfairgrounds.net website. We are magazine publishers. This magazine is a national that will come out quarterly - maybe semi annually. The magazine is available in quantities to the individual fair grounds for distribution to the general public. It is available at many of the state fair association conventions. It will feature various fair grounds in the region, with stories about individual fair grounds, stories about their upcoming events fairs and attractions, and ticket and amusement information. Our first issue came out the first week of December 2006, it is available to the right of this message. Hoping to hear from you if you have ideas on what should be in the magazine.
As of January 3rd, the fairgrounds public magazine is now available in e-book form for you to download. You have to turn off pop-up blocker in internet explorer to read the book. To read these magazines you will need to download this small exectuable file from this page. It is at the top of the page and is the DNL Reader. Our E-books are created with Desktop Author. The book can be printed, saved, and e-mailed. Our first e-book is FREE, so you can see the quality of this wonderful medium.There will be minimal charges for future e-books. I am working on the next one.! Enjoy! |

| Countyfairgrounds, USA magazine - Distribution | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| The first question I always get asked when I embark on a project is where is it going to get distributed? Good question. The reason I have hesitated in doing this for so long is because I wanted to think it thru. FIRST, and foremost - it will be available in e-book format online. It will be on all the pages of this site for sale at a very nominal cost. Countyfairgrounds, USA's website is over eight years old and at the top of a lot of search engines. We have the the largest and most complete listing of county and state fairs in the country. There is more being added to this website everyday - some of our latest is the addition of blogs. People will be able to order the magazine online as a downloadable e-book and it will be listed in e-book retail shops online. You will also be able to order a subscription online for the actual printed magazine. SECOND, the magazine will be available at the IAFE convention, and many of the state conventions. THIRD, The various fairgrounds can request to have magazines mailed to them for resale and distribution if they so would like. The only requirement for this is that they pay the shipping charges. FOURTH, I am looking for stores and businesses to sell the magazines actively - there is a possibility of national distribution thru a magazine distributor called Anderson News.
